JCS - Just for a count for non ship related events

What this is : This is a place to RSVP if you are planning to be pierside in Bremerton for homecoming (also to show your interest in a night / day before gathering --see more below
This is NOT the date of the JCS homecomiing - it is only a placemarker - the homecoming date and official details will be distributed through the in place more secure channels of communication already established.
Multiple ways to wear the name tags / identifiers --
1) just the name badge

2) name badge on the wrist / armband

3) name badge on the beads

You may have other creative ways to display - I tried to be creative / patriotic and allow flexibility for circumstances - so pack them all and use / wear as you feel fit - with the name badge being the key component
Be sure to pack them !!! I dont have extras ...
Please advise YES / NO / MAYBE be pierside (all access and other details are NOT part of this - that info comes from the ship

Homecoming details will not be posted here make sure you are checking the care line and have signed up for the ombudsman or FRG emails. The bottom line answer to most of your questions will be ‘your sailor does’. Your sailor is going to control the flow of info to get the details and permissions in place.Next, because so many people attend homecoming, the ship can not really facilitate us having a table or meeting place – we are on our own. On the tiger cruise leg one – I will look for a place (perhaps the galley) we can meet the first night (cells do not work inside the ship just FYI) . On leg 2 hopefully you can meet up using the contact info before you board. Pierside at homecoming – assume about an hour before the ship is scheduled to arrive we will gather near / around the FRG fundraising table – I WILL TEXT YOU THAT DAY with the exact location. For those who will be on board, it will be sheer mayhem after – so I am trying to plan a lunch location in case everyone can stop their (sailors willing) Of course because you have each others info – there is no reason someone couldn’t send a text or something saying they will be at xyz location if they wanted folks to join them.
I hope this all makes sense – I truly hope I get to meet each of you.

Hi Donna! Your badges look great! Where can I find them please? I've been out of touch, so I'm playing "catch-up" here. My husband and I are planning to arrive 1-2 days before our sailors come home. I'm so looking forward to meeting you all!

I will be there night before, have family showing up at different times at pierside.
Not sure about lunch, will be there early in the morning and having dinner with my girl.
