Hello Ginny, wow..over a year for your son, congrats. How does he like the Navy? being an AME? Sergio PIR on Jul3 3 and is in Pensacola now. He started A school last week. I thik he was lucky that the was not long wait. Soem Sailors wait for moms to start schooling. Ginny, what should I expect now? What should Serg? Has your relationship with Patrick change? how? How old is Patrick? Sorry about the questions. I would love to see some pics of you , your family and Patrick's up....Keep in touch...Hortensia

my son is AME.He is finished with school for now and hes on state side deployement in Hawaii.he loves it.He has met the blue angels and has got to help work on their planes and he loves being around the jets and action.he just got a new rank hes a petty officer 3rd class now.he had to move to a new unit but is making friends and learning new things.
AME will never get bored he tells me.He just has to work very long hours and has gone through a few girl friends because of it.They don't like the fact that he works such odd hours, but he tells them I'm Navy deal with it.

Hi, it seems like Tj is enjoying the Navy and you are so happy wiht his decision. AME sound like an open door to the world. I hope Sergio enjoys it as much. He just started A school in Pensacola, He has seen the the Blue Angles flying over. Hopefully soon he get to meet them. I bet half of the class will be "hands on". He does not like Fl. because of the weatehr. He was born and raised in CT. After two weeks he had enough of the heat...lol..I wish Sergio gets to travel a lot, but he wants to be stationed in Virginia so he is close to home. Just because of a young girlfirned that he has here. I wish he gets to meet a nice beautiful young Sailor while in the Navy..lol.....Do they get to choose where to stationed? The top three in the class do, is that right? Is it easy to rank up?...I hope we get to continue sharing our Navy experiences....ttyl
