Girlfriends/Wives of Sailors

I'm not sure of my future with my boyfriend, in regards to how much contact I will have with him, let alone how often I will see him. If anyone could offer some experiences that they have had being a sailors girlfriend I would love to hear it. If you're a wife of a sailor, tell me about your living situations and how often you get to be with your sailor. Thanks everyone.
