My apologies...it was only after starting the discussion that it occurred to me my post about Hurricane Ike and the Red Cross could be soliciting. I have removed the discussion and hope that I have not offended.

I wondered if it were against the rules but felt it was worth mentioning. I would hope it would be ok to discuss helping those in need. Maybe admin can advise how to word it "properly".

Oh Susie, you did not offend anyone, we know where your heart is. It is great that your damage was minimal and that you were able to help another family.
ps we have a couple of Red Cross Moms on the board, they can direct anyone that is wishing to assist.
