congratulations on his graduating. I was always sure that I attended all of my son's events. It is so very important to them.

Does anyone have sailors in town April 20? The House is honoring my son that day in Austin. We ought to get a group of them together and I'll contact Austin and give them the list.

Graduated from Spring Woods High School in '69 and Houston Baptist in '73. Went to St. Jerome's church. Moved away in '74, but still have family and friends there.

I missed the shopping trip, too, haven't been blogging here in ages. Kate is doing well in Va Beach, living it up and going through boys like crazy. She expects to deploy in November, we'll wait and see. My oldest daughter just went for a visit. Count me in the next get together though, we had sooooooo much fun last year!

I know this was posted in December and it is now May, but I just joined Navy for Moms the end of April.

-A shout out to Janice! Janice's daughter and my son started swimming together when they were 6.
-Reed will be headed to Boot Camp in December.

-I posted on April 30 about sending off a group of veterans who are being honored in Washington D.C. Just thought I would remind you all that it will be this Saturday. Please refer to the post for time and location.

Well ya, technically i am in Houston, across the street is Pasadena. Where are you located in Houston, i am on the south east side near Fuqua and Highway 3. I have two children in the Navy, both stationed in Norlolk, Va.

Hi Ladies, I have been a navy4moms for a little while, but just found this group. I live in the Spring Branch area. Around Hollister and Blalock. My son is a ATC and has been Navy for 15 years now.

We live in Pearland, just off of IH35. We have a SIL stationed in Norfolk, VA and a son shipping out to Great Lakes on Thursday 7/23...which happens to be my birthday!!!
