I live in Elgin, TX, just east of Austin. I manage to get to San Antonio a couple of times a year. Next month will be one of those times. Attending an Anime convention with my youngest son. Would love a chance to meet other Navy Moms.

Hi Trents proud mom,
I will be in San Antonio Aug 14, 15 & 16. I'll be staying at The El Tropicana Holiday Inn on the Riverwalk. If it can be arranged I would love to meet some other Navy Mom's on Aug 15th. Somewhere along the Riverwalk would be fine with me.

I'm from San Antonio (Babcock&De Zavala) but i am now in Great Lakes. My husband graduated bootcamp November 21, 2008. He is in "A" school to be an ET. He should be almost done. We're hoping to go to San Diego for his "C" school. =)

But i was just wondering if anyone had and kids leaving from MEPS in San Antonio? My Bro-in-Law leaves for BC on august 3rd. Anyone else leaving that day??

I live in Central Texas and the Hill Country. We travel to San Antonio all the time. My son leaves for boot camp on Aug. 10.
