Does anyone have experience with their son being in another branch of the military and making a switch to pursue being a SEAL? I have a son who is possibly interested in this, but there is no Navy ROTC at his school.

Not that it matters. NROTC is not a prerequisite for becoming a SEAL.

Permalink Reply by Concernedad on June 27, 2012 at 1:12pm I believe it is possible to switch over from other forces to become or try out for Navy SEALS. I'd suggest he talk to a recruiter. Maybe even a Navy recruiter.
