Hi Mary. My son is leaving Feb 23rd for GL. I am so excited and scared for him. He is supposed to be at MEPS Monday morning.

Yes, my son will be at MEPS on the 23rd. We are going up there to watch the swearing in.
Where are you from? I will let you know what ship-division my son is in. Will he be at the
Radisson Hotel on Sunday night or is he flying in? I know they share rooms there. We will have
to keep in touch. Good luck to you son and you.

What div is your son in, my son flew to GL on2/24 after his swear in that same day. My son is div 164.

My daughter leaves on the 22 for MEPS and ships on the 23

My son heads to MEPS San Diego on Monday the 23rd and ships out to GL on Wednesday.

My son also left today, the 22nd, and will be at GL on the 23rd.

Hi Tina and Fonda,
We just got home from MEPS. The swearing in was very nice. We are so happy that we were able to go. There were 3 other recruits being being sworn in this morning. I guess now we wait to see what ship and division
they are in. I'll let you know what ship my son Mark is on. Good luck to them and us!

Hello Leslie,
Have you gotton your phone call? When we received ours I had no idea that I would be so anxious to receive another, today we got the box with his cloths, a small address book and the stamps that we sent with him. I cannot wait to get the address, division, etc. Just to hear from him knowing he is ok would feel great!!!!! I miss him so much, I am sure you feel the same. I will let you know if I hear anything else, take care.
