Can anyone help me get in contact with my son

lmy son lost his cell phone, I have not heard from him in 2 weeks. I sent him a package for christmas on December 17th, however the Post Office has not confirmed delivery. Today is December 25th and I still have not heard a word from him. I am so worried. I know the USS Bush is set to be commissioned on Jan. 10th. He must be very busy helping to get the ship ready. Is there an email address I can write to, so I can find out if he is ok? Also how long does it take for a package to get delivered to the sailors once it is received on board the ship?
