Navy For Moms

Just to let everyone know, I found this site that is offering free welcome home banners for the military. I thought it was great, and a nice way to welcome our heroes home.

Just in case anyone is wondering - this company is based in Austin, TEXAS!!!!

You get to design your own banner!! When you go to check out, it looks like you are going to be paying about $70. Keep going - it gets to where you only have to pay for the shipping - mine was less then $12.00!!

Of couse - I live in the great state of TEXAS - but your shipping should be about the same!!

Any of you northerners get too cold - come visit - I have a spare room - except December 30 until January 12 - when Derek will be home!!!

Do you need a promo code for this?

Nope - us Texans are pretty honest and we just expect the rest of the world to be also - especially the military world!!

Nope, no promo code needed. I ordered mine and only paid for the shipping, and I live in NY. I love a company that honors our military hereos.

When I got to the end it was charging me for the banner and the shipping and the only step left was credit card info and clicking "place order" but the total was $80 some dollars. How do you know they aren't going to charge you the full amount ?

That was my question as well...

The offer is only on military banners, so maybe that was the problem. When I was checking out the total was zero, then I had to choose a shipping option, that was the total. Also when choosing your banner, they give you an option to have the web address removed from the banner for $1.99 and $10 to have holes put in the banner for hanging purposes. If you don't want to pay for these options, uncheck the boxes. I wouldn't give your credit info. if the total is anything else. Hope this helps.

I went through the entire process and I made sure it was a military banner the first three times and got no discount.

Finally, in exasperation and thinking I might have missed a special note like: these are free or click here for free...I clicked the link above ONE MORE TIME....and got a totally different page. !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

THIS page had the free banners on it. I have already ordered mine. It was just odd as it took about four times before I got to the right page. Mine came to $13.89.

All I can suggest is that you keep trying until it comes up right.

Yeah..........I got it to go through okay. Thanx for all your assistance and for sharing the web-site. This will be a great way to let all our neighbors know when Andrew is home on leave.

YEs...You must go through the whole process of getting the "military banners" at the end when you are filling out shipping cost and then the Tally page...the price of the banner is so a "credit" so please don't be discouraged...

I added a new link, to make the process easier, that is why the page was different when you signed on, again. Hope it helped. Good Luck.
