Frigates have no email..?

Thats a good question, my friend's husband is on frigates I'll have to ask her. If they don't have email then they still do family grams, don't worry, they don't expect him to not talk to family for that long! Get in touch with his ombudsman ASAP though! She'd be the one to ask.

Could it be that he said that they all don't have access to a computer? The ships do have email, but whether or not each sailor will have ready access to a computer to check their emails is another thing.

Ahh. I was thinking that but he flat out said no computers. But upon researching it, I found out that there will be.

Hi, My boyfriend is on a friggate right now they have been out for a 8-12 tour right now. There were two weeks where he didn't have contact but since then he emails me every day. When there in port in European countries he buys a super cheap cell phone with a sim card and calls me pronto! We have a lot of communication.
