My son is also Div 045, USS Theodore Roosevelt. We are planning on going to the graduation too.

I was so worried about the date that I reserved a THREE WEEK block at the Marriott. NOW, because it's Christmas Eve, I'm not sure what to do. My son is the oldest of 5 (all boys!) but I was hoping that he'd be able to come home for a few days - he goes onto San Antonio to A school after BC. Everyone's plans are so up in the air - because of the date. What a great idea to reserve the meeting room! I asked the other kids if they'd mind having Christmas in Chicago. My little one just wanted to make sure Santa could find us. The room I reserved is a two room suite (but it was cheap!) but the biggest expense is the airline tickets.

I hope we can meet too! I'll look for the OTHER large family!

I think it's Ship 11 - but I only write his div # on the DAILY letters that I send to him. I haven't rec'd any back yet from him, but I'm waiting!!

Let me know if you hear anything about them being able to Grad and GO!

I'm worried that I haven't rec'd a letter yet. Thankfully, I've gone 3 days without crying - but just going into his room get's me going. OPEN THE FLOOD GATES!

Anyone Div 044 Ship 05> Wow.....flying to Chicago from Orlando Florida the day before Christmas Eve....oy. When does the Graduation "stuff, like tickets etc arrive? What Hotels are nearby? I need info please!!!
