Good to hear from you. You are the first one I've found with the same ship and div as Kasey. I too wonder if they know each other. I mentioned your daughter in todays letter to Kasey. Good to know that everyone seems positive so far.

Hi, Kasey called me yesterday, needed address and such for paperwork. She said everything is going well. They were just able to write their first letters home this week. They are also going to start receiveing mail today hopefully. She has a cold like some others, trying to get threw it without medication. Was so great just to her her voice. Already ready for another call. So we should get a letter soon.

i gotta admit, im jealous! I haven't heard my hubbys voice since the IM HERE(30 second) phone call 3 weeks ago :( but he will call in the next few days, i just KNOW IT!

Hi! Was happy you heard from your daughter... and that everything seems to be going well. Makes me feel a little better being they are on same ship and div... Still no word here. So hoping a letter or call come soon.. Trying to be patient. As long as they're ok!!!!

I received the my form letter today. Kasey is ship 03 DIV 040. PIR is Dec. 30. Was hoping for graduation before holidays but not meant to be. Her comments at the end seemed very positive so that's a plus.

my daughter also entered bootcamp the 28th, I still have not heard from her. I got her box but thats it! She is ship 03 div 044

you'll get the form letter soon! My hubby got there the same day! I got his form letter on nov.7th-saturday...it was postmarked nov 3rd

Hi Julie! You should be getting your form lettter any day. I received mine on the 7th but everyone is different. I read today that some people are already getting real letters. Hang in there our time will come.

I got 2 letters in one envelope today! It's the best thing to open and see the handwriting! And of course to find out how they're doing = ) like she said, it'll come! Hang tight and TRY not to worry

Julie, Pam & Tabitha are right. The letter(s) should start coming soon. Your daughter's in good hands. It's going to be ok, and remember, you've always got us to lean on.
