When did your SR leave? I still havent received his form letter.

He left July 10th. I believe they send their letters in alphabetical order. So it depends I think.

That's the first time I've heard about the alphabetical order.  The USPS is the typical reason given.  Letters take from 2 to 7 days to arrive once mailed from GL.

Yea it could be. Ive heard so many different things I can't keep track. My boyfriends mom is going to make the hotel reservation but she hasn't yet and I'm getting nervous. How early should we book?

Book once you get confirmation of the PIR date for the confirmed division number--typically when you or another loved one receives the form letter.  There is still time.

Okay because his mom hasn't booked the hotel or anything and I keep telling her to do it. I'm just stressed out over it.

Don't stress over that.  Hotel rooms will most likely be the same price next week as this week.  Prices for flights change daily, but the hotel prices are a little more stable.
