Navy For Moms

Good Evening. My son, Aaron, graduated on December 24. It's been four months now and I still haven't received the graduation DVD he ordered and paid for. Does anybody else have this problem? Can someone tell me who I can contact to find out what happened to it? They told Aaron I would receive it in ten weeks. He said others sailors have had theirs for a while now. I will appreciate any advice.

No but you can call the RDC and ask them or email at rtc.pao@navy.mil. They usually respond in 1 business day, sometimes sooner. Are you sure your Sailor purchased it?
