Yayyyy!  Yes I got a call today from my SR as well!  All smiles :)  He is doing great and sounds great... Good luck to all of our SR's!  Hope all of you receive good news!

Ship 2, Div 934 phone call day! 

Earl's Mom - my SR just called and is bunking next to your son, if your SR's last name starts with an R. He REALLY likes him and they're bonding over food (we're from TX, and have been to NOLA several times with our SR for drill team competitions). :)  Hope everyone's SR sounds as great as ours.

Blakesmom, I did finally receive the form letter, now it's time to wait for some "real" contact. :) I hope our SRs get to know each other.

Hi Shan, actually no, he has a little musical background (not a lot) but he is very, very outgoing and gives 110% all of the time... so that may be why he landed in this division.   So sorry you haven't gotten your letter yet... but just think, you will surely be smiling when you do... we have a path worn in the grass to the  mailbox...lol

Nice to meet you, Blakesmom - I still haven't gotten the letter! Thankfully we have a great relationship with his recruiter, otherwise I'd still be in the dark!

Does your son have previous color guard or drill team experience?
