Hi All,
My son Jake is signed up as an IC and leaves for BC 03/09/09. Thought I'd join your group to learn all I can!

ILARKS has something to do with surveillance, Jamie said she would explain it to me later. Orginally she was going to Norfolk Va but she grad with honors and requested they change her to SD if possible and they were able to!

Part of the assignment is from their dream list, their scores, and where they are needed in the fleet. That always takes priority

What does ILARKS stand for? Did your daughter request California? I'm wanting to know if they are just assigning or going off of your dream sheet? Thanks.

My sailor just finished what he said was the hardest mod, now it should be easy sailing until he finishes ATT. Hopefully in a week or two. =)
