Hi Valerie! My son will graduate in Aug. His classes started June 1.
Hi Lynda! It is soo wonderful to hear about how well your son is doing! I am hoping mine will put that much effort into his career. He loves it so far.

Check out my posting on the car registration at Kessler question and see if your son can get a answer for us.
One of the parents on another forum's son n law will be going to C school there soon and will be using their car.

Welcome Lynda. It's great to hear your son's story. My son is at A school in Biloxi right now. He should graduate in mid-July, and is waiting for his orders for where he'll be stationed after his leave in July. Pearl Harbor sounds wonderful! My husband was stationed there in the Navy in 1968-69. Go Navy!

My name is Lynda, and my son has been in the Navy for just a little over a year now, and he truly loves it 100% Jeremy graduated from Great Lakes, IL in June of 2008. During graduation, Jeremy was presented with the MOAA, or Military Officer's Association of America Leadership Award! Then he went on to "A" School in Biloxi, Mississippi, at Keesler Air Force Base, where he was also in the Navy's Honor Guard, and got the opportunity to perform at a Veteran's Day Tribute for Vietnam Veteran's, as well as getting to perform at the Navy Ball. He graduated number "1" in his class, and so he obtained his order's to report to the Naval Maritime Forecast/Joint Typhoon Warning Center in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Great News...Jeremy made E-4 in less than a year, and is now known as an AG3...our family is so very proud of him, and of all the time and effort he puts into getting his job completed every single day! My husband retired after serving over 20 year's combined in the Navy and in the Coast Guard! Yes, we are a huge military family all the way! This site is such a wonderful thing, its good when you can meet, and talk to other mom's about our young men! I look forward to getting to know you all very soon!--Lynda

my daughter will soon finish c-school and her orders are for stennis space center. as we are from texas this is great! norfolk,va for 2 years and 5 before that at camp pendelton in ca. as a gsm.

It is a honor to have you aboard with your years of experience as a AG mom, and I am soooo glad to have our kids back from their deployment aboard the TR. I hope you get to see her soon.
