That's a great idea actually. Let me see if I can find out from my daughter. I will be picking her up tomorrow for dinner.

I asked my daughter today about the digital frames. She said it just depends on what they have been told by their cheif, or whomever is in charge. It's up to them. Some can have them and some can't. I'm not sure how you would find that out unless he maybe has some contact with someone else in the same ship.

If you can find a digital frame for less than $30. I think this is a Wisconsin-ship specific rule, but I think that is the maximum value of what is left out. Anyway, you wouldn't want to find out that she's gotten stuck rooming with a dishonorable person.
