The news on Kye this morning...he has to go to medical on Monday to give them the paper that says he is cleared to leave and then he will be issued new orders that will give him a date to head off to Charleston!! Hopefully they will say he can leave immediately!!! and again THANKS for all the prayers!!!

Hello everyone. It's been awhile and as usual, I keep reading from work and keep up with the latest. Wow Lynn, so awesome to hear the good news on Kyle...Blessings always! It sounds as if this journey for our sailors is still up and down almost like when they were at BC @ GL's. At least we hear from them a little more. "V" is doing okay, still @ P'scola, A school is really been difficult for him. But he is hanging in there so far. We took his car to him, long drive, but he it was really great seeing him and spend time together. It is so great to have all of you and although I am not on here, I keep up with the news, the ups, the downs, good times and sad.... but whatever the situation I am so proud of our sailors and pray for each and everyone of them. Big changes are happening for me in the next several months.... I have decided to retire from my job(yep, I started when i was 5-haha). Being a single mom was difficult and when V said he was going to join the navy, was a time for me to move on and get out of this town. I am off to the big city of Austin... scary to start over in your 40's, but off i go... as of january I start over. V knows and is supportive, but so that he can come back to his "home and room" for the last time here, he will be home the day after Christmas...going to be really emotional but hopefully a really good one. Well, you know me, i can't ever get on as much as i would like to, but i do keep up with the news and know that everyone is always in my prayers. May you all have a very blessed thanksgiving. WOO HOO, lynn im glad everything was good! And Desertdweller great news, oh so enjoy your sailor while he is home and im with lynn give him BIG HUGS from all US navy moms... Im so glad to hear everyone is doing well, but if there is someone out there that isnt, just rememeber we are here, we all have a bad days and good... So we are here to listen... im not so uppy uppy right now cause i still dont know anything with justin but im going to keep thinking positve and things will work out.... But all and all, All is good and i hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Love ya all
I dont know what i would do without this group, love ya all... Ive had a long eveing so i think im going to go take me a HOT bath and call it a night, lovely work tomorrow, but ill catch up with you all tomorrow sometime..... Love you all... HUGS to you all..........
