Hello all!!!!! anyone on the enterprise? also i need some advice about norfolk and yorktown base house? i dont want to move into base housing so if you have anyother suggestions about some apartments that dont need deposits that would be awsome! i live in va beach and the gas is just too much!!!

Ahhh ladies! Hello! My husband is due to report to his ship on Dec 14th in Norfolk. Where should we NOT live? Suggestions? Any and all info is welcome and appreciated. I am desperately trying to figure out what the good and bad areas of this place are.


Anyways, Im lauren. I hope to meet some of you soon! :) Introduce yourselves to me. Im a very social person and Im going to freak out being somewhere where I know nobody haha.

oh, if you love to do nature walks like my husband and i, First Landing State park is really nice. we go there all the time and bring our 2 doggies with. they love it too!

Hey Ladies,

If yall are looking for something to do. There is the movies mon-thur at Lynhavven 18 in va beach its only 5 bucks !! for new releases.Get on the mwr sites for the base closest to you On certains bowling is really cheap. In the summertime there are free concerts on Little Creek. There is always something going on at the oceanfront. There are tons of bars and clubs and resturants down there. Theres The botanical Gardens in norfolk, The zoo , The aquarium, Busch Gardens in Williamsburg. Outlet malls in williams burg, The battleship wisconsin, The Naticus,There is mcarthur mall! lol tons to do !
