Hull Techs - son says the fleet is full!

My son is starting his third module BECC. His rank will be an HT as well. How far along is your son in his studies? I haven't heard anything about the HT positions being full.

He's done with A-school and is at the Strand. He's started A-school on August 1st. Only a little over 3 weeks left at strand and then he's done. But if the fleet is still full then, which I am guessing it will be, he'll just be hanging around GL until something opens up. I'd rather have him there than deployed somewhere where we can't see him, but I know he will be bored out of his mind if he can't get on a ship. I'm guessing they aren't saying anything to your sailor yet since he's not done and they're probably hoping things open up by the time he's through it all. I guess time will tell but I was curious to know if any other moms had heard anything from their HT's about this.
