One of my favorites that is sooooo easy and sooooo good. Mix 1 box of angel food cake mix with 1 can of crushed pineapple.Put in an angel food cake pan and bake per package instructions. Serve with fat free whipped topping. 1/12 of the cake is only 4 pts and tastes like a million!

My daughter was on weight watchers before she found out that she was expecting our next little bundle of joy. I will get her to see if she has any and get with you!

Does anyone have the one that has honey, rice Krispies, peanut butter and ? I ate it years ago and have never been able to find it. Its really good and easy.

My fav is the crockpot chicken
Take 3-4 frozen chicken breasts and place in bottom of crockpot
Mix one can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, 1 package of dry onion soup mix, 1 8-oz container of low fat sour cream.
Pour over the chicken.
When you come home serve with your choice of rice or noodles and a veggie. Yummy leftovers.

That sounds so good. I had a bunch of chicken the other day and wish I had noticed this one. I will be making it soon. They have been having chicken breasts for 99 cents a pound latley.
