Just post the receipes under the discussion and I agree that way we will know what is there.Lori, Thanks for wanting to do that for me and I will take you up on your offer. Denise F your idea is great. I think everyone should include their son/daughters name in one receipe of course their favorite. I just can't beleive how this has taken off. I am in shock and very grateful that you all have joined in. My computer is down at home right now and I am getting ready for a trip to SF,CA on thursday so I will be out of pocket until next week. Just keep on adding these receipes the more the better and I will get with some of you that has offered your help the first of next week to get some of this together. Maybe I can get your phone numbers and we can discuss this.Susan, Thank you for the offer and I will go to that website when I get back. I told my son, Josh about starting this group and he just laughed. He said you always got your hand in something huh Mom, I said of course. Thank you all agian and take care.

If you need more recipes to make it bigger...as a moderator on another site...you are welcome to come there and take the ones posted there and post here as well. www.mynavyonline.com You would find them in the GALLEY FORUM there....

I think that we should post them under the discussion forum under categories so that we can see what's there and not be repetitive or lacking in categories. Also, this might generate more interest. Maybe more people will contribute. But, I want to do what makes it the easiest for the compilers of the cookbook! I will be happy to copy and paste any of my recipe posts into a word file when the time comes and email them if you would rather have an email.

Just an idea to add...maybe we should put our son/daughter's favorite recipe and use their name in the title's??? You know that one thing you know you will make them on that 1st visit home??

If we post a recipe, should it be under the discussion heading?? (For example: Side Dishes, Desserts vs. on this comment wall? Does it matter? Linda, what do you want us to do?

My son's boat did a cook book. Unfortunately, it was pretty much done by the time I was asked to join their site but it turned out so nice. This is great!!
