Trish, the Tampa Bay group is trying to get together. We are going to look for a park pavilion as we are many people. Look at our group.

Hi Trish. I live in Treasure Island - work on St. Pete Beach so I'm very close to you. My son graduated from boot camp two weeks ago at GL. It was the coldest I've ever been in my life when we were there! Boot camp seems like an eternity because you can't talk to him a lot but once it's done you will be amazed at what a new man your son has become. It was one of the most proud moments of my life to see him there in his uniform. I'm excited for you. Its a great choice our kids have made to serve our country. I'll talk to you later.

Tish I live in New Port Richey. It's been a while since I've visited Navy for Moms so this is the first time I've seen your message. My son has been in the Navy for 6 1/2 years. He's an Electronic Technician 2nd Class. If you would like to get together some time let me know. When did your son PIR? That's a great picture of him and you at GL. Carolyn

Wow your son has been in for 6 1/2 yrs. Has he had duty over seas yet? My son would love to go to either Austrailia or Japan.

He was in Japan for 2 years earlier in his career and loved it. He was recently in Southern CA for 3 years at Camp Pendleton. He's now back in Japan - arrived just last week. Are you interested in getting together sometime?

Hey everyone~ Yes my son PIRed Feb 27th and is now up in Pensacola and loving it there. AM school is backed up so he is pulling duty and enjoying the beach. We need to do a get together I missed the last one because I was up in GL's for my son's graduation.
