Hi everyone!! So glad to touch base with NMCB 40! My son has been stationed there coming up on three years (in Jan). We are on the opposite coast and we miss him terribly!! He's had 2 deployments and won't deploy again until mid to late next year. His name is Shawn. Anyone know him?

My son was the LN while the nmcb 40 while they were in Guam. He really talked well of your men and women. He said they made him remember why he joined the Navy.
BRAVO ZULU NMCB 40! OUTSTANDING! Thank your sailors for me. They must be the "Best of the Best".

Glad to join this group. My brother has been in Port Hueneme for about two and a half weeks now, we are glad he is settled on the west coast near us again :) He is a Steel Worker, and says Cali is so much better!
