Like Bea, we have two sons, the older one in the Navy. Unlike Bea, we are in no hurry to get either of them married off.

I love the response I get when I wear my Navy Mom t-shirt I always get a thank you or tell your sailor thank you for their service.

Lori & Noe, even after 4 years my heart still swells when people find out that my son is a corpsman in the navy and they always say "THANK YOU". When they come back from deployment it is such a big deal and your heart just wants to burst with pride :). He is with the marines and they protect him at ALL times because he's their DOC and that is such a good feeling to know that.

Before any of you commit a homicide, try divorce court first - my husband's fees are very reasonable - your marriageable daughter plus a case of Rainier Ale. I am just working like a BEAver getting everything ready for Number One son, who will be here next week! Your gals (and guy - isn't TrekkieDad the only guy here?) are the best.

Monica, I don't even smoke and I know how annoying husbands can be, girl don't just hide all the sharp objects, THROW THEM AWAY, but I'm sure we will all come visit you on sundays during visiting hours at the jail or the psych ward....lol
