My son just finished school in Goose Creek and now he is waiting on orders.  I am so very proud of him.

MN Mom of MM, I posted my sister's site on the facebook page.  She gives a 15%discount for orders going to military addresses and knows how to send overseas.  Has been doing that for years.  She also contributes to Soldier's Angels and has an adopt a soldier link on her site. When she starts sending some to SR in GC, his buddies are going to love him.  LOL

I know I went to the local meat locker and bought some. Trying to talk my Chiro into getting a deer for me so we can process it into deer jerky I'll buy the tag he hunts it

Your guess is just as good as mine on this one, MN Mom. Although, I do think we discussed this one before a few months ago...

My thinking is they'll probably make them wait for the holiday stand down... Unless they're classing up for Prototype like ASAP (as in, no grad hold like Aaron had). Then they'd probably give them leave right away. But once again, your guess is as good as mine. :)

Something I was looking for, and can not locate is a web site for "the best beef jerky"  I remember discussion about a place that made and shipped good jerky.  Thanks for your help.

I know the topic of leave after the different schools  has been discussed before, but I was thinking that the power school class graduating Dec 2 would actually have leave seperate from the Holiday stand down, and that the leave could be taken at a later time during grad hold....Emily?...Anyone else have info on a grad day that close to a Holiday?
