Good morning everyone I tries to post this on the power school
grad November 20 but it didn't work so here goes:
My son, josh is comping with all of yours Tuesday. I'm flying from lax to goose creek via Chicago with three small girls & myself as well as one older daughter. We have a four bedroom villa, anybody need a room? Josh is staying in GC & I'm thrilled. He says he will be on hold for 2 mos like most of them. I've been praying for all of our sailors for a long time & will continue to do so. God bless each one of them & you all as well. May the Lord bless you, keep you & make His face to shine on you all. Power school grads of January 22nd 2010 have two tests this week One tomorrow. Lets send prayers their way. They are all working so hard. I am so excited to see my sailor at graduation.

Lorraine--we had to re-buy tickets last year at Christmas for our sailor, as his leave time got changed twice. At least he was home for 10 days, and we were happy to have him no matter what the cost. It's a tough decision, especially not knowing the weather, can he get a chit, etc.

Actually, Mark, pardon me for disagreeing, Thanksgiving is a federal holiday, but the three day weekend often attached to it is not. I looked it up on the government site to be sure:

Lynda, my son Bo is just graduating from bootcamp on 11-25-09..leaving for A school on Dec. 2. YAY!!!
I just love that kid so much, and I'm so proud of him:) Makes me cry writing this..

Hi Lynda, I don't know if this pertains to everybody..but my son is being told that December 18-Jan 4th..
