Brandy - there are so many of us that will always be connected to you with our continued prayers for you and your family.  A friend of mine lost her child at a very young age and she said you never get over it; but you find a way to get around it.  I pray that GOD helps you with this journey and every other moment when you need to call upon HIM.

I'll be leaving also...Blessings to all of you and your Sailors!

Brandy...Continued prayers for you and your family.

Brandy,  please post the arrangements here once they are made.  I know there are ladies who want to know.  Praying for you...

I have no words, Brandy....but praying for heavenly comfort/peace for you and your family.  God Bless you in your healing from all you have been through.  Your sailor is one strong young lady, and I have no doubt that the strength she has had to have during this will benefit her later in life.

Prayers for all of you.

I can't believe it's been a whole week already!  I've been back to work decked out in my "SailorMom" t-shirt and drove everyone nuts showing off pictures.

He's anxious to start A-School.  He thought it was to start this week, but said there aren't enough students for a full class and they have to wait for more to arrive.  It could be 2 or 3 week before they begin.  That's rather frustrating!  But, I guess that's life in the military;  Hurry up and Wait!  That's OK, he is enjoying it there so far.  And, he can call home easier.

Still thinking of you, Brandy, and hoping your physical recovery is going well, continuing to keep you and your family in my prayers.

Brandy, I wish I had some words or wisdom that could take away your pain.  You are going thru a loss that no mother should have to experience.  My father died of cancer when he was 56 and over the last 10 years I have felt him with me and do believe he is my angel. Now you to have an amazing angel to be with you. I know you would rather her be here with you, but do know that she is with you always it just will be different. My prayer is that God, your family and friends -including your navy for moms are here for you and will help you thru this.

Oh Brandy...what a strong example you are! I am proud to say that I 'know" you. I am sorry that I did not get to speak with you when I called...but did get to talk with your hubby.

I am glad you do not have to have the feeding tube and I will keep you in my prayers for your complete recovery. So glad that Ashley is home with you for a while and know that while Karly is not here with you she waits for you with Him.

Dang it Brandy, I thought I was done crying :-)  SO good to see you posting again.  SO sorry we didn't get to see you at PIR and that this whole challenge has been visited on you and your family.  Thought it was wonderful the Navy granted your SR some leave.  After meeting her at graduation and visiting briefly on FB, I'm certain she is a great comfort to you.  Very impressed with the fortitude and maturity she displays.  You have got to be proud.  Its nice to see you are surrounded by a wonderful support system...I suspect its bigger and broader than you realize because it appears prayers are flying in your direction from everywhere :-)  There are no words that will accomplish a fix and words seem so inadequate right now.  Sending you a long distance hug in the hopes that you can recognize all the support it holds and find some comfort in that.  I'll catch you on FB!!
