Congrats to mom of cjj and Ellen on your good news! ENJOY!!

Some of us just aren't up on all the latest computer stuf. I'm the one who asked for the lesson on glitter graphics and could only do it with step by step instructions! I do enjoy other people's creativity. I hope everyone has a good night.

Congates to Nate!

desertdweller tell your hubby happy b-day from us!

mom of cjj-hope you had a great weekend. I am speaking past tense because I am sure that you won't be back online until after you have had your weekend with your sailor.

GO BSU!

Wow! Those of you who have set up areas for your sailors---NICE JOB! I am so techno illiterate that even if I had an area for my sailor, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to show you! The good news is that I have a little while until Dan comes back, so he won't know the difference. :) Enjoy your weekend everyone. I am very jealous of those who get to see their sailor. BUT, maybe he'll call. AND, I am having about 50 people over on Sunday for my husband's 50th b-day. I think I'll be a bit preoccupied....Of course, Hurricane Jimena is coming in, so we'll have rain for a change....always our luck!

Nate got his stuff (cell, laptop, etc.) and is so excited! Now he wants his ball glove because he made the softball team at GL. Jeesh!

Indybova - I'm so jealous - wish we were even 8 hours close to visit my son. Oh well.
I thought I was doing great by uploading the picture of my puppy "Harley". Looks like I have to sharpen my computer skills. Seems like everyone else is lightyears ahead of me.

Good morning,
I am going to see our sailor. I am so excited. I will enjoy a long weekend. I love the wall Timbosmomdad. It is beautiful. I need to do that. We have two empty bedrooms since the twins left. They finally stay clean. lol I miss getting on here. I guess we had to jump back into life. I really had a great time in Chicago. I am looking forward to going again. That would be the only good thing about being on hold for BUDS. He is really liking Pre- BUDS. My daughter has class and basketball during the holiday weekend, so we will not see her. Three out of our four teens have birthdays this month. I am hoping to go to E's twin's school and celebrate with her later this month. Our baby will be 15. Two of mine are in so much pain from football and basketball. I think I will include muscle rubs and epson salt in their birthday gifts. I hope all of you are doing well and have regular communication with your sailors.
Take care and be good to yourselves!

Hey everybody. My son is also on hold for AECF ET school at Great Lakes. He was on one ship from PIR until today. He moved to a bigger room today, but not sure if that is where he will stay through his ATT and A school. He said he could be there at GL for close to a year! He's about 5 1/2 hours away from us so we will be able to visit him without too much trouble. How is everyone doing? I like the picture set ups being shared. I feel inadequate. I haven't done anything yet.

Timbosmom_dad,
Very jealous. I wish we could head to p-cola this weekend to see our sailor. It's a bit of a trip from AZ! Enjoy your time!
