I cant believe we have to wait to the very last min. for 267 like this, what if people have left already to come, not to mention if they finish that late and have no time to rest a little to recover. will they be able to keep their eyes open during pir.

I don't know if I can take this. My older daughter informed me today that I can still go and visit her. Only problem is I can't really afford another flight out there and the airline I'm flying on will let me cancel and use the money already paid for another ticket up to a year. Gonna keep praying that I hear before my flight leaves tommorrow night. Congrats though to all the new Sailors. Good Work.

i just got my sailor call =)
he sounded great! i cant wait to see him 2 days and 14 hours. ( ilove the countdown clock)

Just a note on the lighter side of things. .I told our Kathy on Facebook that I am eating too much ice cream and can't sleep. I asked her what battle station that would be, and she replied..."Battle of the weight..or wait!" LOL!!:)

If I remember correctly, DIV 267 and 266 are battling it out until 8:30 Central Daylight Time. I am on the west coast...so 5:30 Pacific Daylight Time. His girlfriend is waiting anxiously for that call. Congrats to all the DIV 937 families....way to go!

Argh! That really seems poor planning, doesn't it? I mean.. yeah, a hotel can be canceled last minute, but vacation days can't always be changed, and reschedulable flights are very expensive.. and car trips take time!

We will just pray.. a lot, especially that your nerves hold up to the strain! I am really certain they will make it. Absolutely!

My son just called!!! He's in 937!!! Battlestations is over and they are now officially sailors!!!! Congratulations to all the new sailors and their families!!!

Yea talking about last minute stress. I guess if you get there and find out they didn't make it you just get to turn around and go home. I will be in the nut house by tomorrow night, no sleep, to excited to even eat. Just working out my frustrations at the gym and pretending I am in the battle station with her.

It appears we should hear from 264/265 tomorrow, and 266/267 Thursday.. talk about last minute stress! Although, it says up to 4 DIV per night, so maybe all will finish tonight? I'll be praying!
