BR549 your son is right!! You cannot get good BBQ in Cali!!! They just don't know how to do it here. I will be happy to help also if needed. However, I live in Carlsbad and don't know if that is too far for your son. It's about a 30 minute drive. I am home during the day so if you need my help I will be happy to accept the package and help get it to your son.

I remember Bob Melton's in Rocky Mount. There's a BBQ place here in Ohio, but it's just not the same.

well we live here in North Carolina and my work is having our appreciation dinner tonight we get it catered by Nixon's Catering out of Edenton, NC - Leon Nixon. We are cooking a pig this fall for his wedding reception out there but he wants some NOW! he said you cannot get it out there anywhere - not like ours lol
