Hi everyone. I don't have a sailor in this group. My sailor's commitment will end next year. Hard to believe - seems like it was just yesterday. I just wanted everyone to know that we have tabulated a number of lists of groups for you. Here is what we have for your future reference.

GROUPS: Listed by Name of US Naval Ship

GROUPS: Listed by PIR Date - Pass In Review (Boot Camp Graduation)

GROUPS: Listed by Navy Job Rating

GROUPS: Listed by Geographical Location (States, City, Country)

    GROUPS: Listed by Special Interest

Under Job Rating, lemonelephant also included list of A schools.

gsskygirl, this will be buried over time with more comments. A feature many don't know about is the use of PAGES. I would recommend adding a page and putting the above links (just copy and paste) in the contents part of the page (just like adding a discussion). Click Options, click "Add a Page" to start a page. The Title for the page will be visible just underneath the icons for the members. Title this page MASTER LIST OF GROUPS.  I normally do not check "Allow comments" - click Save when done. Don't worry about updating this list - a number of us will do that automatically. The link won't change. If you want to see how I use this, check out these two groups.

We just got into Texas and we are home, tired but glad we made the trip. PIR was amazing and we bought the video because we saw our daughter for a whole ten minutes. Thanks diannep for all your help and all you moms out there thank you for being there. Glad we did this together and not alone. My daughter is off to Virginia next Monday.

I guess my son was in that group as well, because his was lost as well. It was delivered to him yesterday evening. I would tell your boy to keep all receipts. I would have thought if the Navy called on his behalf, then Delta would hop-to-it. I can ask my son what he did if you would like.
