I know that it's after pir but I would still like to get to know you and where your sailors are. My boyfriend Justin is in Sub School in Groton, CT. He graduates there at the end of April and is not sure where he will be stationed yet. He is going to be an STS.

Hello, old friends!
Just stopping in to check on "our" sailors and update everyone on mine.
Jamie is supposed to finish A-School at Great Lakes the beginning of December. He's coming home for a couple of weeks then shipping out to JAPAN. He'll be on the USS Essex. Who knows how long he'll be there?!? He got approved to go to BUDS to try to be a SEAL but if he likes Japan, he might just stay there.
Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving if I don't hear from you before then.

YES the Bush is at Norfolk.... If your husband goes on the Bush he will go to Norfolk.My friend is stationed there. Has an apt he share's with 2 other guy's. He does Media stuff.... and he says they are scheduled to go out on deployment soon as it is finished so be prepared to go to norfollk and for him to leave for 6 months.... if something happens and he doesnt have to go on the Bush then all good.. but if he does then at least you will be prepared.lol
My son is at DC with the ceremonial guard and he will either be going to Bethesda, MD or Norfolk , VA or Pensecola , FL they released him from the ceremonial guard because he has a stress fracture in both legs.

- Yea it is a while yet til the Bush is ready.. I talked to my friend who is attached to the bush and he said it is still quiet a while till its ready so 1 yr is about right.
