Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge - Your Help Needed!

Hey Texas moms!

A few of you have already been asking me for information about the Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge that is headed to Dallas on May 9th. I’ve attached a press release with information about this event but we would love for you to get involved a bit further!

N4M’s is not hosting this event so we would be guests, but we have the opportunity to do the following:

- Work a booth that promotes N4M’s with computers set up to let interested people check out the site and chat with you about your N4M experience
- Have a presence in the bleachers with N4M signs, cheering on participants
- Hand out cool wet towels to participants as they finish the race

The event starts at 7AM and runs until 4PM.

We’ll have shifts to make sure things stay organized with 6 people per shift. 2 people would work the booth, 2 people cheering in the bleachers, and 2 people handing out towels.

Shift 1:
6:45AM – 10:00AM

Shift 2:
10:00AM – 1:00PM

Shift 3:
1:00PM – 4:00PM

Well Brenda, I will be relieving you at 1:00. Also I should have the can opener with me for you to see and/or purchase. If not, I will add to my kit so I won't keep taking the one from my kitchen to a show.

Hi Michele,
I ordered T-shirt from zazzle with Proud Navy Mom on the back and NavyforMoms.com on the front and they ran very small. I should get mine Monday or Tuesday as they just reprinted them after I sent them back. They are so nice to deal with and did not have any problems. I'd order from them again. Hope this helps

Thanks Joyce! I found out from Yvonne (coordinator for the Seal Challenge) that we get N4M t-shirts and hats! I ordered a Medium and am hoping it doesn't look ridiculously tight...lol :) I'm working the early morning shift - hope to see you there!

Hello everyone!

Thank you all for graciously volunteering your time to this event! At this point, Yvonne should have contacted all of you to schedule your arrival time/location. We are all set with volunteers for the event at this point, so I'm going to close the thread. You ladies rock :)
