A Little Bit About TEXAS

Welcome all Moms who hail from the very proud state of TEXAS!!! Please tell us about where you live in Texas (we all know it is pretty big). Also, give us an idea about what your Sailor is doing and where he/she is (watch for OPSEC issues, though).

Holly, Hi my younger son is a senior and he has applied to DBU for the fall admission. My daughter JAM is an E3 military police. I just had some surgery but when I get better I'd love to meet you and some other navy moms who want a "meet& greet" They have been talking about going to the Dallas Zoo.
Hi Eagle Mom! If you have a get together in '10, I should be up to it--Keep me posted please!

one good thing to send to boot camp is moleskin bandages for when they have blisters or to prevent blisters...just a couple with each card...spread the word!!

I have six Navy, at least, one marine, camo...you can use a church address or a job, just anywhere you can get mail and you then forward to your child. takes about 3 stamps.
hope to hear from ya'll!

Ok, I'm amazed! No Moms emailing for a freedom wrap! You don't HAVE to send SASE envelope, I can send a few myself... I do have two boys that I know are in sand so if I don't hear from anyone soon, I'll drop them in. Mrs. Celeste, could you use a few?

If you could even cut out material and mail to me, the long pieces that tie are the ones I need the most...only tans a camo.
usually the Mom sends a SASE but it's not absolutely nessassary. takes 3 stamps to receive a freedom wrap. I would love to have a few nice pieces of tan or camo material if anyone has some.
email me for any info
