I've been reading the news online and watching the national news reports about the Norfolk area. Sounds really bad, so much flooding. I hope our son's house in Chesapeake is okay. They are currently stationed in Jacksonville and have the house rented to a Navy family.

A good portion of the VaBeach/Norfolk area is closed today and already for tomorrow. Kids were home yesterday Veterans day, today for weather, tomorrow for weather... they are very excited. Daddy was home today so they loved that! Part of the area is being evacuated. Its crazy outside!

Yes wishing warmth and dry places for all our Norfolk families and sailors. My son was driving today and said it was pretty wicked! I told him to be careful but doubt he listens to mom. Sounds like a great activity AlwaysReady - assuming much of Norfolk is closed today - schools included? Be Safe!

Kathryn, Thanks for the Birthday Wish! They take it very seriously, lol. (As they should).
And, my sincere apology goes out to the group for being 'out of the loop' the past several weeks. We're finally unpacked and settled into our new house! Things are sure to calm down now (Thank God)! Now, time to potty train my daughter!! Oh, never a dull moment! I've been attempting to catch up on all I've missed, there's just to much to read. I'll pray for those of our loved ones away and the ones they left... I hope that everyone is safe and well, healtlhy and happy :)
I should be more ''available'' with the move and USMC Ball behind us... we'll see!

Thanks Lake George Sue. I received it too. Im really ticked though. News like this makes me soo mad. Our sons/daughters give their lives for our freedom and here comes some "_____ ______" who robs them at gun point! Thank God he wasnt shot! Sorry yall. But this really gets to me.

Well I figured they'd probably all get the email, however, with how busy they are I thought it would be better if we could all get it to them too. I hope they catch the nasty guy soon.
NCIS....I wonder if Tony and Ziva are on the case????
