I still don't have that flight information from my son for the 29th of December. You might just have to watch for him in case you are on the same flight back - His name is Jon Bader. If you look at my homepage you will bet a good idea of what he looks like. I leave it up to you and your creativity to do something unique to surprise him and make him realize the "moms mafia" is at work!!! It would just be so hilarious!

Have a wonderful trip seeing that grandbaby! We have our first grandchild born this past May but she is in Savannah, GA. Might as well be Japan! We went out for a week to meet her when she was 5 weeks old. And they are all coming from Christmas - and she will be 7 months! I can't wait to see her again!

Thank you! Andrew weighed 8lbs 9oz and was 21". Unfortunately, I don't get a baby fix quite yet. His dad (my son) is an Airman and they are all in Japan! Gosh darn it anyway. We will be heading there for the holidays. Can't wait to hold and smell him.

Selfish, why for heaven's sake?! What an awesome Thanksgiving, such a great blessing to be thankful for! :-) SO happy for your family June, but gosh darn, I'm on the wrong side of the mountains to come get my baby fix and kiss on those sweet chubby cheeks. so this will have to do...

Storymom, that is wonderful news! Angie, thank you for a beautifully written sentiment. I feel a little selfish here, but I had a blessed Thanksgiving. My family grew by one with the birth of my first grandchild, Andrew.
