Happy Mothers Day to everyone out there!! THis has to be one of the hardest days for any of us. I pray and hope everyone has a great day and that they got to hear from their loved ones.

just got a 3 min. call from sailor (she's on duty was supose to be a 2 min. call, he-he-he I stretched it) They got to home port this am. 

thank God they are  safe and back in Yokosuka!

Ladies you are not alone, we are with you and God goes with your children.  Leave always goes too fast and the times between too s-l-o-w!  sounds like we have some on the same ships.  We all miss them and cry from time to time.  I will be crying Monday too, just because I know  2 more moms are hurting. Please let us know when you hear from them that they are okay and there! Enjoy your Mother's Day and come here often to vent, cry or celebrate.

navymom4e, my son is also on the McCain, he left 2 months ago, one week before the earthquake and tsunami, we miss him alot but are proud too, chin up...
