Share 'New to bootcamp'

My daughter just left yesterday for bootcamp. I feel as if a little part of me has died inside. I know that her joining is a good thing, especially with the economy the way it is and there are no good jobs in Michigan right now, but it is truly bittersweet. I've been reading a few of the letters that folks have sent and it scares me a little. How does someone get discharged after only a few days?…
