Meeting Kits

Host your own NAVYForMoms.com gathering!


Hey, Moms! We know some of you are arranging your own events to meet your NAVYForMoms.com friends in person – and we applaud your efforts.

We've decided to put together some handy kits with materials to help you have a more successful gathering. The kit can help you:
  • Publicize your gathering with flyers posted at the gym, your place of worship, the recruiter’s office or wherever people will read them. (Always get permission to post flyers.) You can also email them to friends or other social groups!
  • Break the ice with informative conversation starters filled with interesting information and relevant questions.
  • Pass along your information with contact cards.
  • Provide name tags to all your attendees.
  • Draw attention to your gathering with NAVYForMoms.com balloons.

 Please note: you need to meet certain requirements to be eligible to receive a kit.

  • You may receive a kit only if you are hosting a NAVYForMoms.com event.
  • You must register your event on the "Events" section of NAVYForMoms.com.
  • At least eight people must RSVP to your event online.
  • Your attendees must include at least one recruiter and/or one individual whose son or daughter is considering joining the Navy.
  • PIR (Pass in Review) dinners are not eligible.
  • You cannot receive more than one kit.
  • The event organizer must provide an after-meeting report (pictures, number of attendees and overall details of the event).

Please keep in mind that this kit is a test, and not all interested members will qualify.
There are a limited number of kits available.

Ready to request your kit? Download and fill out this form and email it to us at meetingkits@gmail.com .
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery after you receive confirmation that your kit has been shipped.
