- i talked to tad on saturday, got the grad packet yesterday. he said he is not leaving til that sunday, is it the same with tony? Where are you staying when you go? did you book your ticket and rooms yet? southwest doesnt fly into o'hare it looks like...

- did you receive your grad packet yet? i havent..no phone call either, but in his last letter he says he is due one.. so hopefully it comes soon... tad also told me some not so good news.. he had his wisdom teeth pulled, and some fillings done, and they found out he has a bone disease in his jaw, and they will have to do surgery, bone grafting with pigs bone.. what? that poor child, i cried so hard when i read that, and couldnt sleep last night.. he is still my baby..and i dont know when or where the surgery is, i know how important it is to have loved ones around you at that time, i just had surgery in january..

He has lite brown hair (whats left of it) We live in OKC but are originally from Wyoming. (That will give him away quick) He is tall and skinny with 3 tattoos on his arms. They should find him easy this way.
I have not received the grad pack yet. I have received 2 letters, (one just yesterday) The only phone call I have gotten is the "Im here" and a quick one on Monday saying that they (Navy) needed some medical documents from years ago. (Why I dont know.) It lasted about 1 min. enough time to say I love you and ask if he was ok. He said yes, but sounded very tired.
Are your boys GNG's. I believe Jacob is also going to Florida after BC. God willing he makes it through everything.
Gotta get ready for work, but would love to talk to you later. (I do get off and on during the day just to keep up. This site is VERY addicting)
P.S. Jacob did say that they may get to call either the 19th or 20th. Well no call on Thursday, so fingers are crossed for today!!!!!

- yes, i got a letter! he said tony was next to him writing letters too.. i am so happy they are together!! that makes it easier for them i am sure!! i havent booked my flight yet, i am told that even though they have a graduation date, its better to wait til their grad packet comes in the mail because that is set in stone..sometimes i guess its delayed because of bad weather, or if all the boys did not start on the same day..so i will wait patiently for that packet!! i have been showing everyone the letter! i am so proud of him, and i know they are probably exhausted and worn out.. and probably a little homesick as well..

Dear Lord, give me greatness of heart to see the difference between duty and his love for me. Give me understanding that I may know, when duty calls him, he must go. Give me a task to do each day to fill the time when he is away. And Lord, when he is in a foreign land, keep him safe in your loving hands. And Lord, when duty is in the field, please protect him and be his shield. And Lord, when deployment is long, please stay with me and keep me strong.
