We all missed Zac terribly but spoke to him several times. I have friends who went to P-cola to spend Christmas with family and they went to the base and picked up Zac and his friend to spend time with them. That was great and I was happy he wasn't alone.

We were sure to burn our blue candles all day. I couldn't be more proud of my son and the man he's grown up to be!

Hey!! Just wanted to drop a quick update. I hate that I haven't been able to be as active on here as I would have liked. Life is just so busy!!

Anyway, Zac had been held up in P-cola with some dental issues but has been told that he can leave there and head to VA the first week in Jan! I'm so excited! He's gonna be close enough to come home whenever he wants!!

He's doing well and still enjoying the Navy very much. He's anxious to get on with it and more anxious for his first deployment.

Hey guys! I'm sorry for being so absent on here! Things have been crazy with all the kids, their activities and just life in general!

Zac is doing really well! He graduated A school in the top 5 of his class. He's having the best time! He's a little bummed right now because all of his friends shipped off after graduation and he has to stay due to some dental issues. He won't get to Norfolk (his new duty station) until Dec. or Jan. I wish I could find the words to express how proud I am of Zac. He's a new man and I just can't get over the change in him. It's been so good to see him!! What an experience this has been! I love you Zac and couldn't be more proud of the man you have become
