I am the proud mother of 4 children. Scott my oldest is in boot camp and left November 19th. Jack is 18, Brady is 17, and Abby is 14. His job after boot camp is EOD.

Hey Angie. Did your son go to GL for school also? Like recently? My son had a good friend at school named Scott. That's unusual that I knew someone's first name. They are call each other by their last.

Why is Scotty still in GL?? Is he on the A school side, or still on the RTC side?? I am actually staying with Kathy Lehman right now! Thank God for her! Jon is doing well....he just finished SCC and should be moving to a new ship soon, but he will be on hold for A school tho, and we dont kow how long that will be!

Hi Angie-
Many moons later, but after I read your suggestion, I did call his recruiter who was able to tell me his address. We moved cross country while Eric was in DET delayed entry status..... and his original recruiter was a lot more helpful. Anyway, beltated thanks for the suggestion.

Wow EOD, that will be cool for him. Jeff wanted to go into AO so he could play with bombs. I don't even know if anyone told him about EOD, I think he would have gone for that instead. I'm praying as I'm sure you are that they are trained well in what they are about to do so they don't get hurt.

Jeff is going into Avaiation Ordinance. I think he'll be in A school for about 5 weeks, maybe longer. I'm hoping I can go to that ceremony also, but I don't think it will happen. Does Scott want to be a SEAL?
