I'm so glad I got to meet you! I also met your grandson! My boyfriend Robert introduced us :) I also wanted to say THANK YOU! I'm thanking you because I guess you were talking to your grandson about N4M && told him stuff about me && how I'm always on the site posting things all the time. Well....your grandson told that to my boyfriend && he said that it made him really happy to hear :)

I hope you had a really great trip!
Keep in touch! I know I plan to keep in touch with all of you, so I hope you feel the same.

Hi Bobbie,
Yes I got my "Sailor" call about 10:45 PST. I was beside myself with pride.

Hi Bobbie. Drews Dad got the call on Saturday evening. I was at work at the hospital. So I missed it again. I'm sure Brandon is one of the guys Drew talked about. He said he knew 5 guys that were going to Pensacola with him. He also said his orders are that he leaves between July 25th & 27th also. I'm not sure what they do before they leave. We'll be mailing his laptop and cell phone and such once we get an address. Will you be at graduation? Talk soon....Debbi

Hi Bobbie, yes Marcus has told me about Brandon journaling. I think that's good for him to do that. I mentioned it to my daughter and she said she's tired most of the time. But I really think she's trying to write all her friends and other family members. :o)

Hi Bobbie. My name is Tina Thomas and I work with Marcus Box here in Sweetwater at Oncor. He talks about his son all the time and I know he's really proud of him as I am of my daughter. She graduated from Sweetwater High in May 2009 and she left for Chicago to boot camp in June 2009. She will graduate on August 7th and I can't wait to see her. I finally got a letter from her last Sunday and she's doing well. I understand your grandson graduates boot camp on July 17th!!!! Well, graduates to you and your family!!!

Hi Bobbie,
I just got your message, not sure if you got your answer yet, but....
Battlestations are the final tests of our young men and women. They do drills and situations and put to work everything they have learned. If they pass, you will be getting a phone call from "B" letting you know, he is a "sailor" and not a recruit any longer.
Take care and keep in touch...let me know when you "get your call"!
Hugs,
Donna

Hey Granny!

That's a great question to ask in the Forums so that other members can provide you with answers and advice. This link shows you how! :)
