Thanks Joyce I just like to know what lies in front of him. We worry more with the unknown than if we know even just a little of what the road ahead looks like.
Bradlee has been in PC for a week now. Can any of you ladies tell me what to expect? All I know so far is they have class and study group until late each night.
Congratulations Joyce, sounds like he got exactly what he wanted. Too bad he has to separate from his best friend, but I'm sure they will keep in touch. Maybe their paths will cross again one day.
Tee Hope everything works out for his flight and for his change in training. Hopefully he won't be on hold too long. But remember, the Navy is great withhurry up and wait.

- I am the proud mother of two great boys, My oldest (Bradlee) is 19 and left for bootcamp today, June 24th. My youngest (Brandon) is 15. He is keeping me running with his sports. While my husband and I are very proud of Bradlee's decision to become a Navy Diver, it leaves me with an aching in my heart.

Rachel (SO Mom) said… - Havent sent yu any thing in a while. Your lucky to have them visit you. Have made plane reservations for our son for Thanksgiving weekend. He will be with us from the 2th trhu the 29th. Can hardly wait. That will be his first trip home since the 25th of june. Wow, we all have come along way. Hows your son the diver doing.

- He is doing good, keeping up ;with the guys. Every day is a challenge. he is not complaining either. But working hard. is your son in the same area as ours. ? Miss the chatter in Boot Camp, but any way he will be coming home for Thanksgiving, and some days for Xmas. He wasnt coming home at first for Thanksgiving, but I think he needs to come home for a few days and relax and be with family. Then off to coronado, 4 hrs from us. Glad you typed to me. Jim is doing good, still looking for a job, but doing alot of honey do's. I am still at the bank. Can hardly wait to see our kid again, especially at home. Been since June 24th. Tooo long. Ha, Ha, compared to what it is going to be in about a year. What div is your son in.
