Two sailors, one joined 2002 (HM2), and one in 2006 (HM3). Both hospital corpsmen. They are the middle two of our 4 children. Have an older daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters, and one son (our youngest) in college. Both of our sailors were in "900" performing divisions - one in State Flags and one in Triple Threat (Bluejacket Choir).

When I heard “Navy,” I:
Needed to learn more about it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Keep on learning all you can!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
Thank you for your comment of 8-19. I haven't been on N4Ms since about 7-28. I just got caught up with "facebook," so I have seen you there.
Ron spent almost a week in acute care, then just over a week in in-patient Rehab. He came home on the 11th. He is doing much better. He goes to out-patient Rehab Mon-Wed-Fri. Can't drive yet, so his Aunt takes him while I am working.
Haley is still in the sand. Communications have been down a lot lately, so all I hear is on "facebook." Haven't heard her voice in about 4 weeks.................
Hope and pray that all is well with you. Keep enjoying that road!!!!!!!!
I have a question, my son will be graduating from b/c next week, and he was trying to change his job assignment to corpsmen. Is that a job where he would be in combat?
Thanks
The Blue Star Mothers' Banner magnets says that they only come in one and two star............so we both luck out!

Thank you Cathy for you June 4th note. Heard from her Wed am. It had been a week and a half. Yep, I am on an even keel. I have sent 6 "one rate boxes" to her. I have the next one started in my head, but not yet in reality. I do get a very short note every few days in facebook. I friended on of her "combat buddies" on facebook and got to look at over 200 more pictures of their trip from their start of training in South Carolina to recently in Camp Bastion. I put one on Texas Moms and my page. I still can't get over nurses with guns!!!!!!
