No I'm not taking receipes yet for the 3rd cookbook. and yes I still have some cookbooks left.
Linda the cookbooks are great.
Are you taking recipes for another one already? Just asking since I see recipes going up.

Hi Newbie Sailor mom. I am a newbie mom also. Mariel reported last Tuesday. I miss her terribly right now and like you I am very proud of her but want to know that she is OK and "keeping her chin up". They will call us soon I am sure.

- Hi Cher,,, If your daughter graduates 5-15 yes, you are with the correct group when you go into the 5-15 group... Most of the moms there have sons but there are a few that have daughters... When you go on that forum you can post and read in general... Feel free to ask whatever you need to know and vent if you have to... We are all meeting at flanagans between 6-11pm...When you go to our general 5-15 forum look a bit above on ther posting and click on Meet and Greet if you see it... If not then click on view all and it will show up there...Hope to meet up with you...God Bless your Daughter and give her our thanks for serving.

My daughter left for boot camp yesterday and she called me from O'Hare to say her flight arrived safely. She said they call for their shuttle to pick them up and I haven't gotten my quick "mom I'm here I'm safe" call yet. Is it to soon to be concerned??

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
