Hi Chereyle, Keep praying. We have a family friend that was in a coma. She is fighting hard to recover. Through prayer and with her strength she has come a long way. (Check her progress at www.ashleestokes.com) We will add your ex and your son to our prayer list. God Bless you and your family.

Hi Chereyle,

I just saw your testimony comment. I'm so sorry your kids have had to go through this rough time! Has Tony had any delay in his training as a result? Praise God for his faithfulness and for the way your ex is healing. It is wonderful that you and the current wife can stand in unity as sisters in Christ. My prayers are with you as you travel to GL for his PIR, be safe and enjoy this precious time wit your new Sailor. =) God Bless you all!

Hi Chereyle! Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you...I don't seem to have enough hours in a day. I am quite certain that I have "overloaded myself". I am sorry that you had been sad...anything I can do for you or give you any info that might help??
My son Zach was in Grt. Lakes and PIR on 8/22 and now is in Pensacola Florida for A school. I live in Kentucky...with husband and 2 other children ages 10 and 12. Well better go for now..more homework! Hope you have a better day! I will say a prayer for you...

Hi Chereyle! I saw you on the Christian chat and that you were a full time student and work full time! Kudos to you!! I also am a full time student (about 3 semesters away from bachelors deg.) I did also work full time but now I substitute teach on my off days. I also am a Christian and love the Lord and feel blessed with the life he has given me. Would love to have another christian friend!!

Hi Chereyle,
you asked about cell phone and laptop. I brought Lucy's cell phone with me to PIR but she couldn't have it on base, so I met her at the airport and gave her it and I also got her a Black back pack(w/no logos) and she took a couple outfits with her. She couldn't wear them for a couple of weeks, but she had them when she was able to wear them. I waited till she got settled at her "A" school before I sent her laptop, since she didn't have room to take it with her when she left. Hope this helps. Cindy
